Soba and Udon lunch

This is Sunday lunch for family.

Udon is white noodle made from flour, Soba is made from Buckwheat. I use “cha-soba”this time and “cha” means green tea… this Soba made from Buckwheat and green tea powder. It’s really taste good. I hope you may try it someday:)

I think both Japanese noodles are very popular now!!

I made mixed vegetable Tempura of mozuku(edible seaweed), carrot and onion mixed. It’s taste really good to put on the noodle and eat.

My favorite fruit kumquat for dessert.
